And what you are talking about is coastal batteries and they too at best will keep Indian warships at bay for sometime but eventually they too will be taken out by our naval air forces. Your surface fleet is no match for our and even your subs are old Agostas.

blocking pakistani ports means blocking cpec. china wont allow it. indians did block karachi port in 71. PN failed miserably . indians may be able to block karachi again but gwadar is a bit difficult.

Even if India were to successfully take over the port, it would be unlikely for India to actually take Karachi. Pakistan would likely spend a lot of resources defending the city. Indian naval reinforcements simply wouldn't have the resources to mount a siege, without backup from the land army, who would be too busy fighting in Punjab.

There is a huge difference of situation between 71 and today with induction of long range missile Indian ships can be taken out from even land subs can be problem but similar submarine blockades can be done by us of there Mumbai maybe not that effective but still can affect its operations
And we also have gawadar now and if forced we can also stop Indian oil supplies from straight of Hormuz from there

Basically Indian surface assets near pak ports would be in grave danger so have to be at a safe distance thus reducing effectiveness of blockade besides due to our strategic position of gawadar Indian misadventures wood affect global sea traffic
