It does not makes sense because Evolution says, if animal desires something , like fish seeking food on land , it turns in to amphibian , however such notions are never true in real life

Why when in Africa Lion is hungry he does not evolves into cow , he simply dies due to lack of food !!!

If it was true that in low food seasoning lion would get "cow teeth" I would say ok , I get it nature selection some lions grew cow teeth so they could eat grass however it did not happen.

A human can wish swim in oceans and live underwater however , he will not "evolve" by will power , which negates the proposition that animals "evolve" out of need .....why don't somali turn into fish when they are short on food ?

Evolution does not work on cravings, it works on necessities to survive, these necessities cause minor changes in the organism. The change will not be in all species of that organism, but only in organisms facing the same environmental condition. For example- There are 1000 lions in Africa, 500 of them are in a place with plenty of food, 500 remaining are in a place with no food. The ones with no food find other sources of food (which they didn't ever consume before and have no habit of) or they all will die....some of them slowly start eating fruits and berries, many of them die due starvation and internal conflict. The few that survive by eating fruit produce progeny that have longer intestines (to better digest starch based food) than their parents, this change in intestine length goes increasing down the generation until a stage is reached that the animals can also digest leaves and turn, the change in diet also changes their appearance...thus a new species is born. The remaining 500 lions would still be lions albeit minor changes due to mutation and whatever environmental changes they faced. If they cannot slowly adapt to fruits and leaves they will go extinct. The lion can never turn in to a cow, but some of them could evolve into herbivorous animals over 10000s of years.
This example is hypothetical.
I don't understand what your current view is...on animal species...how there are so many of different kinds....and where and when they came from....care to elaborate?

You have the wrong idea about evolution!
It has nothing to do with desire, its all about natural selection. If you have a population of a certain species of mammals, its obvious that not all of them are the same. Some might be slightly faster, or smaller.. .some might be bigger and others might have slightly longer necks. Those with longer necks can reach leafs which are slightly too high for other animals, thus they gained an important advantage in the struggle for survival and their chances of passing these genes to the next generation rises. This may go on for countless generations, and over long periods of time there might be individuals with even longer necks (Because again, a population of a certain species is obviously not 100% the same! All the people around you dont have the same traits either) and the the whole thing continues until the genetic differences become so big that a new species evolves, which we all giraffes. And this has nothing to do with desire.

Obviously, these things happen outside our lifespan over hundreds of generations.... at least for animals. We can very well see how singe cellular life adapts and evolves withing (Unfortunately!) our lifetimes (See superbugs) because the time to produce a new generation of bacteria is not that high.

And no, I dont need biology text books to explain the basics of evolution, cause I studied them already. I just took one of the easiest example.
