Crops Commander Gujranwala witnesses training exercise
GUJRANWALA: Jan 30(APP): Corp Commander Guranwala Lieutenant General Raheel Sharif today witnessed training exercise by composite arms of the Pakistan Army and Air Force at the Tilla Field Firing Ranges.
On arrival in training area Corps Commander was received by General Officer Commanding. He was briefed about the conduct of exercise. Corps Commander later, witnessed ground attacks by fighter aircraft of Pakistan Air Force in support of infantry and armor.
While addressing the officers and men taking part in exercise, Lieutenant General Raheel Sharif said rigorous and realistic training leads to success in battle. He appreciated the efforts put in by the participants for making the exercise a success.
He also commended the organizers/planners of the exercise who evolved a realistic scenario for training of troops.
