having said that i would still have only talked to elected FATA representatives and would have ignored PTM
but than thats not possible as PML N is blocking all reforms

Not PML-N but Achakzai and Diesel who both have influence in FATA. Yes talks are important as long as army doesn't accept pro terrorist demands.

PML N is blocking them by listening to maulana diesel and achakzai(they are part of PML N colaition)
otherwise PPPP, PTI, ANP, all are pushing hard for this

they partially denied any negociation with pak Army.. But always ready to talk with enemies of pakistan (Specially watch 23:58 to 25:00 video timing.. Why pashteen was talking online with Afghans 2:29:00 to 2:49:00 )
