Cops kill man in cold blood

Is this murder committed by these cops justified? The cop claims he was armed with a knife but later it turns out he wasn't. Even if he did have a knife there is no reason to fire 13 shots at the man. The man killed was Ernest Duenez, Jr. Just posted this video to show how police brutality against minorities is rampant in USA. Before preaching about human rights they should take a look at themselves first.
It's sad to see these "cops" pointing their guns at his wife who is crying over his dead body and then handcuffing the dead body.

Well to be honest cops in their own Latin countries are equally bad if not more. Interesting thing about this video is the Police Officer seem to know the guy's name calling him by his first name, the guy getting out of the vehicle acted suspicious as if he was grabbing something out of the car, police ordered don't move. Though I do agree excessive force was used.

ya I just noticed it too. He looked as if he wanted to grab something. But using so many shots are unnecessary
