Children are weird. Actually, they provoke for responses. If you get triggered on just calling, then they use just sounds. But if you respond on touch then they just do it for your attention.

Plus, in their mind they make up something and believe that 'world' would react according to their thinking. Such as, my nephew say "Chicken" me few days ago. I said no I am mamo. He said I am supposed to say "cluck cluck" and flap like it.

Also, the conversation is not tensed. Both Iranian border guards and other FC soldiers are trying to calm him down. Its about a smuggler who went hiding into Iran and the specific FC Personnel is angry on him.

Both FC and Iranian Border Personnel get involved on Balochistan border and aid smugglers. This is pretty well known.

The last one seemed quite motivated.. But anyways yeah overall seems like a 'relatively calm' conversation though at the end it seemed to take a dramatic turn. It seems there are disagreements though between the both.

No they're the smugglers. There is massive smuggling at Pak Iran border aided by both FC and Iranian Border Personnel.
