I definitely heard stories of civilians doing some balzy shit, my grandfather was helping the army on the front lines during the early days, until proper army reached and took control of the situation
pressure lasted for 3-4 days? maybe more? before they were pushed back, not to forget it wasn't a long drawn war where civilians needed to get involved
think you are really underestimating the Pakistani people resolve here...
But nowadays kids living in Lahore have no idea how things in Balochistan are and aren't like their ancestors. It's a whole different world out there.
