Clearly Pakistanis have no right to decide who should be their next army chief or their prime minister.
Western powers and Gulf Arab states are placing bets on who they want to lead Pakistan. It is unfortunate for the mothers of soliders who will send their sons onto the battle grounds of future conflicts on the instructions of foreign powers.
Bajwa would have gladly sent Pak soliders to fight in Ukraine under the instructions of uncle sam.
Pakistan has fast become a hired gun.

our politicians and boy raping mullahs and real estate generals come out of this same population so complaining about them is not justified.
we cant even pay for ourselves and look for relief from outside.
and since there is no free lunch so we are left with doing the bids for our Arab brothers and Western masters.
all the Pakistani public has to do is start paying taxes, stop looking for short cuts, stop lying and cheating stop mixing drugs and food with impurities and counterfeit and establish a culture of honesty and hard work for 10 or 30 years and the problems and misgivings you listed will start to go away.
