How can opposition will stand when they have people against them with violent history they kill anyone who come in their way, beside they have been working on this hate brought alot of people on their side, so they know how to manipulate elections even if its electronic balloting, minorities are afraid low cast people are afraid, RSS have radical army in every city and town, on top of their Terrorist PM whos asking their army to kill innocent Kashmirires.
no one can stand unless people decide to stop bashing and buying illogical propaganda, i think the day indian election is not based on Pakistan that will be the day of change india, plus the urge to solve disputes with neighbours which hindutva idealogy wont let it happen cuz purpose of their stay in power dies.

This is my question why the biggest party like Congress need a coalition? Why it can't be stand on its own feet bringing a strong candidate for PM and work for it?

The Congress High Command has been foolish to not take advise from influential young blood. First they lost Priyanka Chatuvedi to the Shiv Sena, then lost Jyotiraditya Scindia to the BJP and now they are on the verge of losing Sachin Pilot to the BJP.

Besides this, other than Navjot Singh Sidhu I see no Congress leader who has national appeal. But he too will have to be supported by external assistance

In my opinion, only AAP is the better option for coalition if needed. Bhim Army or Kanhiya kumar has no ground.

Yeah, AAP and its breakaway faction Swaraj Abhiyan are good but there's no harm if they are joined by older progressive movements in form of the Communist parties.

Bhim Army was established to counter discrimination against Dalits in Indian colleges and then their scope expanded. The coalition will be much helped if the Dalits are taken on board.

All these jokers cannot even win total 5 seats in Loksabha.
All these are vampanthi media creation on the behest of Gandhi Family. To be frank they can only be a good servant for Gandhi family, other then that they have no future in Indian politics.

The Indian political system is a chaotic one which is why after 73 years of Independence India largely remains a undeveloped country. What India needs is a political system that cares for people directly and not via depending on which party should come to power. In essence a party-less system. Direct Democracy as was implemented in Libya until 2011 and as is being implemented in Venezuela now. This page describes the system. Secondly, the socio-economic system should be through socialism because it is the system that cares for removing socio-economic disparities and injustices. This is my proposal for one such system.

The only thing I know about Indian politics with certainty is that Rahul Gandhi is unelectable.

In my opinion Congress can't pick someone like Tharoor he seems too western. You have to pick someone more "desi" to challenge Modi.

Congress already has lost Sachin Pilot yesterday. Sidhu is not much active in politics nowadays. Sidhu is good but not for the PM candidate. He can't stand if front of Modi's waves. Right now I only see Shashi Throor can be stand tall in front of Modi from Congress.

Congress has no chance of coming back and effectively leading the nation with a rag tag alliance of everyone who is willing to support Rahul Gandhi and join the stand against BJP. Such an alliance will never make strong decisions for the benefit of the nation but each faction will try to simply maximize their own self gains with rampant corruption and insecurity about winning the next election.

I dont expect Sonia Gandhi to give up on her son anytime soon. Rahul Gandhi is an educated fool who cannot even orate his rehearsed lines properly.

Sorry, but this is just typical whataboutery. I personally don't think that he's that kind of a person but I'll surely retract my statement if he's convicted by the courts.

What do you think RSS/BJP combo doing on ground. They are uniting casts into unified Hindu umbrella with so much money (unimaginable amount of money) and through religion politics.
Max to max congress can score 80-100 seats and BJP can go down to 220-240 seats in worse can scenario with current political leadership of both parties.
