Not really. Romance is mediated by Oxytocin. It is secreted when one falls in love, when some one has an orgasm and when the baby sucks mother's nipples. It is the reward molecule in the brain. It makes you feel good and important.

Oh, dear punk, some one who is doing a PhD must not cheat and try to solve his problems in public threads, he must work hard in a lab. Anyways, you have again cut and pasted another diagram without providing the link. This is a steroidogenesis chemical pathway and is fully understood and well researched so it would be a waste of time for you to go and try to find a mistake in it that too as a "PhD assignment". For your information PhD students do not get "assignments but get thesis topics and they are never like finding a mistake in a diagram. So please read more about science.

Cholesterol and testosterone are not a good mix ?

Testosterone comes from cholesterol either through the delta4 or the delta5 pathway I would wirte the details of it but I think this covers your question.

See those dotted arrows. They mean there are intermediate steps and those are not shown because the purpose of the diagram is steroidogenesis and not cholesterol synthesis. See the context.
