obviously they want somethings in return, they are bartering these seats for something. That’s what you call a negotiation.

MqM want the same thing. They have only 6 NA seats and they are playing hard to get.

I would give them some (penuts) and add them in the government but main problem is not them, it’s the PTI own elected people. if they are not given any position, they will form a forward bloc. This will be worse than giving something to PMLQ and MQM.
