Confused To apply as a Officer or a soldier

hi, i am confused to do what. to apply as a soldier or as a officer. i have 57% marks in I.C.S, which are enough to apply as a officer. if i join as a soldier so i will have to spend 6 months in training and then 2 years for B.SC to apply as a officer. tell me what to do??
is there any relaxation in marks percentage..

60 percent marks are needed at minimum for applying commission but relaxation is given to those who have a domicile of backward areas which are not much developed. Areas for which 55% relaxation is given can be found out on joinpakarmy.gov.pk website.
