There is a very strongly worded response from Chinese embassy on this constant American meddling in Pakistan China relations.

This Uighir Muslim issue is also being promoted in Pakistan to create fissure in the relationship. And its so ironic a country is crying crocodile tears that has ravaged Middle East with illegal wars, conquests and proxies.

Even if the US supports Pakistan, that means it will only have half of the secured votes needed to move to whitelist. Which is why I doubt the US would make this kind of deal.

During her current visit to Pakistan, news came that she presented a proposal on US behalf to get Pakistan out of FATF list if CPEC could be compromised to a certain extent.

Above seems to be a chatter in Islamabad.
