Nonsense. Blame lays squarely with Algeria and their continued support for their proxy militia Polisario. The Moroccan King has repeatedly offered the olive branch of peace and Algeria reacted by unilaterally suspending diplomatic relations. Now that the Polisario are being kept on Life Support by the Algerian military regime they are becoming ever more desperate and erratic in their behaviour so Morocco is doing their due diligence and preparing for the all possible scenarios as any sovereign nation would be expected to do.
