i think Famas,F 2000,AUG stryer,MP7 are best in the world today may be im wrong AK 47 is good but it was used for ilegal purpose and it is easy to get and it is damn efective too thats why easy to get and damn good people dont think of buying anything else

G3 is good rifle.

British army is complaining that their 5.56 Nato is not effective as Taliban's AK rounds are more effective in long range fight. 5.56 is accurate, but not to kill for long range. It is good in conventional war as it will injure the soldier and others will engage to evacuate the injured, so an advantage to 5.56 soldier. That is the reason Indian Army choose 5.56 for INSAS. But it is not good in counter insurgency, always go for AK-47

Insas is a new rifle while G3 is a widely used successful and proven battle rifle.But the fact is that G3 is being phased out slowly.G3 is completely useless in some areas,too heavy and too ugly.

Insas comes with a grenade launcher,optical sights and other modren features.

G3 come with a good reputation but is becoming obselete and is no longer the best solution of Pakistan army's pesent requirements.

Im not saying that G3 is crap.Im sayin that it needs replacing.

PK-8 POF version of G3A3 can be compared with M-4 carbine.
