In 90's both BB & Sharif used intelligence agencies for each others victimization.

Both destroyed country and it's institutions, luckily they failed to dent too much to the last standing institution 'Army'

Sharif, dismissed chief after chief like a dictator, ending up with hijacking.

Even PPP bought submarines against navy's recommendation and even appointed non deserving as chiefs.

Actually, the whole idea of favoring some non deserving general to become senior is to avoid counter questions for illegal demands.

I will urge even previous chief justices to be brave and come forward and spill the beans.
