The port is still under construction so the Cargo handling capacity and over all operations would only be streamlined upon its completion. This was just a PTT, which yielded 203 % more than set target.

Measuring the success of a port based on it's Customs Collections lacks any sort of respect. Gauge is measured by tonnage.

Get rid of corruption in the ports of Karachi i'm sure collections there will rise also.
