I can tell your about your experience in global politics by the above statements. If you consider Pakistan a small, cheap little country, then you are right. BUT, seeing how the government and the military has been acting together, Pakistan is starting to act like where it needs to be on the global map.

A powerful growing country with serious global potential. So, when you are rising and are considered a power broker (ask Arabs to verify this claim), you need to act mature, sober and sophisticated. In other words, the premier of the country doesn't need to accuse anyone without proofs, as it would be heard globally and other parties will take propaganda advantage over you; as there is no real proof. So you look and sound like a fool and an amateur head of a state.

But since the Army has been dealing with Baluchistan and is responsible for operations and maintaining peace there, the Army chief's strong message is understood without civilian touch, rough and hard. Exactly how it should be. In a civilian country (and a powerful one), both Civilian Government and the Military work on a chartered course, together, to create a better, bigger, more powerful, safer, richer and a much stronger country. Good cop, bad cop if you will. Civilians smile and military throws punches.

General Sharif instead of "asking" our frenemies to stop "interefence" in Balochistan should start patroling the border with Iran and Afghanistan. They should use drones check for infiltration. ISI should concentrate on finding and eliminating terrorists in Pakistan instead of supporting Talibans. UAE must vacate Shamsi Airbase and it should be used solely by the Pakistan Air Force. Balochistan needs more financial resources to create school, hospitals and employment.
