I hope he discusses how China wants to do economic colonization.

Like it has done to sooooo many African vountries. We dont want to be Sri Lanka where we have to mortgage our land/our property for next 100 years.

Our memory is soo weak. Almost 200-300 years ago British didnt just show up and say to the Mughals "Hello may we please take over your country"

The whole project needs to be scrutinized in the background to ensure it is in the national interest of Pakistan. IK wants more transparency on CPEC which has created eyebrows in China also Sept 6 speech by IK was a bit awkward for Saudia when PM clearly said that Pakistan will never fight someone's else war moving forward. This raises questions regarding Pakistani involvement in Yemen war and Saudia Arab need for Pakistan in future. That is precisely why FM Shah Mehmood Qureshi clearly said that PM trip to Saudia is to bridge 'growing' distance between Saudia Arab and Pakistan. Saudia Arab wants Pakistan support at every cost since US and Saudia Arab are closing in Iran and things looks murky in Middle east. They may offer PTI Govt $$$ for that.

Totally agree with you. Trumpet China Pakistan friendship all you want but first make sure we are getting a good deal. And China secretly does not want to make us Palestine.
