Why would a single C17 be indicative of any basing?

Im not actually sure what it could be. Long shot but the MK-18 ejector seat has had some issues recently with some components. We use a custom variant, the PK-18LE, perhaps its replacement/spare components. Alternatively, the more likely thing is that we simply just do not know tbh or wont know. Maybe we've bought some choppers from AW.
