COAS extension confirmed?

.
West does sound hypocritical when their own Armed Forces are heavily involved in their foreign and geo political context I mean If you congressmen from a district with millitary base you choose to support closing or shedding bases good luck getting reelected again
A white man speaks with a forked tongue...

Wait...I’m getting floundered here. How’s this anti army? Or badmouthing to army? Am I not fully understanding his (@Retired Troll) post or you just misinterpreted it, Eagle?

Not the misinterpretation but found out that I quoted the wrong post for the reply which wasn't meant to post here. Kind of an issue at my end. My apology to @Retired Troll and thank you for highlighting the issue. Thread ban decision reversed accordingly.

The only way he was not “granted” an extension is if he didn’t want one.

Government is literally going nowhere. It has no plans no policy nor the will.

In 4 years time you would be singing like a canary about how PTI was not given a good team and how political blackmail hampered the growth and how you need 2/3rd majority.

At the end of their term we will still say they better than your keema naan leaders so dony worry too much

With or without IK, country is going in right direction.
If he is not making a difference then who needs to spend charity on him from taxpayers money. he can go home and sit and watch Pakistan develop.

why don't you go and live in Pakistan under the tyrannical Khan?

IK has the vision. How it’s going to develop without IK?

Is there any civil/government department working right now?
  1. Is Police working they way it should be?
  2. What about Fire brigades? Do we have trucks, water and firefighters? Are they trained properly?
  3. What about the Hospitals? Do we have trained doctors, Nurses and other health care staff, medicines in our hospitals?
  4. What about ambulances? Do we have trained staff to deal with emergency?

I am sorry to tell you that there are no guarantees in life and politics.

IK does not have a vision. He has a populist opinion. Do you seriously think that a socialist government in Pakistan is something invented by political vision of Imran Khan?

As far as your questions are concerned, why don't you highlight the current governments step in those regards? It is one thing to claim Scandanivian model of governance but entirely other to have it implemented by actual work and not statements of populism.

If allocation for pension is included, then the total outlay for defence stands at Rs 4.31 lakh crore which accounts for 15.47 per cent of the total central government expenditure for the year 2019-20

The chart you shared is quite ominous. It portrays that our defense spending is 17% meanwhile Indias defense spending is 8% of the total budget. In reality this isn't true, both our and their defense spending is almost the same as percentage of total budget. And yes our 17% defense spending also includes pension payments.
Does the Indian defence spending number of 8% GDP include pensions?
