Cradle of civilization my foot. Ancient Greek, Egyptian, Mesopotamian, Persian , Indian , Chinese civilizations were all great in their own right and developed fairly independent of each other. Yes they are from Punjab Pakistan. Mostly from Gujrat District and on their way to Greece,Italy,Portugal and Spain. These four countries have very large population of People from their area. Well Russia and China aren't exactly known for being kind to those who break their laws (entering the country illegally), unlike EU countries and America. Also, i think there is the view of Turkey being a Muslim majority country and a major gateway in the journey to Europe from Asia/Middle East which is why it is a major destination for migrants.
