I am guessing you are familiar with rosy version of lock-down. Good thing you are not familiar with what happened in relate to damaging the economy, forcing the cities against their wills, rallying the groups through hooligans with weapons as photographed and posted all over the defense. They have burned infrastructures largely and it was like burning town terrified the people in towns. In fact, there was struggle between shopkeepers and PTI hooligans, and also some incident where the roads were blocked and one of riders had no choice but to run over PTIans and never look back since PTians were asking for trouble.
In those days as days went by, Pakistan's economy suffered up to totaling trillion rupees which had huge impact on the investors especially shopkeepers, and they are yet to be compensated by PTI.
If that was done in developed world, PTI's leader would have been arrested and trialed for treason.
