Clash among Afghan and Pakistan forces in Goshta district of Nangarhar

A clash erupted among the Afghan and Pakistani border forces in Goshta district of Nangarhar province, local officials said Sunday.

The incident took place after the Pakistani forces started shelling Goshta district, forcing the Afghan forces to respond.

The officials further added that clashes continued for several hours, claiming the life of border police force and leaving two others wounded.

There are no reports regarding the casualties of the Pakistani border forces.

This comes as a similar incident took place in Goshta district earlier last month following Pakistani militia forces attack in Anarki area of Goshta district.

The Pakistani military has stepped up cross-border incursions during the recent months which comes after considerable reduction in indiscriminate shelling during the past one year.

The Pakistani air force helicopters also violated the Afghan air space by entering the Afghan soil and dropping several bombs in eastern Kunar province of Afghanistan earlier last month.

The cross-border incursions by Pakistani forces sparked furor among the Afghan officials with the Afghan officials saying such violations harms the national sovereignty of Afghanistan.

there is something wrong with Afghanistan :p:
I perhaps to need to read from more sources and the best will be to visit this country but I don't dare do that until it becomes a stable place.

I started to study the history of this region and found Afghanistan to always be in turmoil and conflict. Are the historians biased or there is something wrong with Afghanistan?

2nd part of your statement is correct

That is because they never mind their own business, they keep poking others. This is exactly what happens when you try to pick a fight with someone who is way bigger and powerful than you, but this idea of superiority complex will always lead you into hot water.

More should follow.

One thing is very confusing for me, when we ask for action against TTP, Kabul says they cannot do much about it because they don't have control over those areas and blah blah .................... but Kabul's forces are always present for cross border shelling and clashes with Pakistan? That is beyond me

Afghan army not stopping militants from their side attacking Pakistan. If you want a job done right, do it yourself. You either stop militants or get taken out with them.

In the long run Pathans are going to unite under a single state. The Pakistani Punjabi establishment is running a losing battle.

LOL...... See, i am a Pathan. and believe me KP and Pakistani Pashtoons are going nowhere. if and only if there is any unity of Pathans. Believe me the resultant ""Pakhtoonistan"" will come in Hand of Pakistan and not Afghanistan.

Seriously man, The Afghanis are everywhere in our society and Only we know how difficult it is for us to bear them.

the scenario here is that

Afghani Pakhtoons hate "Pakistani Pakhtoons" for being with the Punjabi's ..
And
We Pakistani Pakhtoons Hate them because they "afghani Pakhtoons" ruined our Province, Culture and Everything. There hate for us is also a reason.
