Our top notch institutions act like 80s grandpas and are devoid of cyber threats. I have a software startup and we met a brigadier that wanted a software that can hack accounts. When we tried to explain how social engineering is required and a whole setup is needed, he said, we need a software that we can use and u just make it and hand it over, made me laugh but i sed we cant do that, he said we have other guys who offered to do it for 3 crore Rs and would be like Pegasus lolz. We said very well, u should go for it. Anyhow, we came to know after 6 months that brig saab had contracted some"guys" and paid them 1 crore advance. The guys took the money and disappeared.
