There is an agreement between India and Pakistan not to attack nuclear installation and they both keep exchanging list with each other so that the other party may not mistakenly hit nuclear installation, this agreement done after Pakistan responded against Indian-Isreali plan to attack Pakistani nuclear installation and as retaliation Pakistan send a clear message that we will hit your nuclear assets as well.

So Pakistan has told Bharat where her nukes are and vice versa? I wonder with whom Bharat has shared this list?
