Here we go again just another propaganda by US & enemies of Pakistan against Pakistan Army. There is no need to check the power of Pakistan Army they are doing a great job miles better than this corrupt Govt. & her allies who are only looting & robbing Pakistan every day.

The fact is these attack against Pak Army will not stop & they will continue attacking Pak Army, I would love to see full Military takeover in Pakistan & INSHAALLAH when this happens this is the time we all will see the wh*re political traitors & enemies of Pakistan trying to leave Pakistan. They will be trying to go their pimp lords.

All I will say is STFU.

our judicial system have completely failed

its better this way

If as crucial a component of civil society as the judicial system has failed completely, can other similarly important components be far behind? Your comment, if true, does not bode well.

.
It is simply a matter of due process, carried out to a conclusion and not left hanging.

If a commission, military or civil, is installed to investigate something, a timely report should come forth too. If it does not, then opponents will use that as a means of raising doubts such as those mentioned in the NYT report.

I agree with you but why blame military for it, there are other people caught up in other inquiries and result is zero

Again I agree with your point, one wrong doesn't give right to the other to do wrong, and that is what happening in pakistan, judicial system is caught up in its own thing govt busy with their corruption and army doesnt want to be left behind in race. Thats why we need something more powerful, more independent to keep check and balance on all three

Despite Civilian Rule, Pakistan’s Army Still Above the Law

Years After Summary Execution Video Leaked, Army Still Won't Comment

The end of years of military rule under Gen. Pervez Musharraf may be over for Pakistan, but “civilian rule” is not anywhere near the same thing as having an accountable military, a lesson Pakistanis continue to learn.

Throughout 2009, the bodies of “suspects” in the ongoing Malakand offensive would show up in piles by the side of the road, apparently executed. In 2010, a video emerged of uniformed Pakistani soldiers killing six blindfolded teens. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Parvez Kayani promised to investigate.

But years later, nothing seems to have come of the matter. The Associated Press reported today that, having repeatedly pressed Pakistan’s Army on the matter they sometimes claim that the investigation is still ongoing, and other times refused to comment at all.

In practice from Malakand to Balochistan the Pakistani military is above the law, and continues to retain virtually complete autonomy from the elected government, which is itself virtually powerless to exercise any oversight, even if they had a mind to. Given how many civilian governments in Pakistan’s short history have ended in coups, very few officials are inclined to push the matter.

Yes whatever happening in balochistan is in national interest, do you even know why there is a case in supreme court, its not because they are doing it illegal because their way of getting things right is wrong

Its not that they are not doing the right thing but doing the thing right is wrong

And that brings ous to the court who let these terrorists go because govt. failed to legislate on anti terror law

Its always the method which is wrong not the final purpose. That is the difference between "hang till death" by court and "extra judicial killing" by police.

Good governance has three main pillars: The Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary. There is no provision for anything over and above these three main cornerstones. What are you suggesting?

.
Am not suggesting to go over judiciary and parliament but am talking about something along the lines of NAB, PAC, like an oversight committee, the people need to change,
