Wow. The anti smoking lobby has hit a novel method to get people to quit smoking.

And they have Every reason to support such methods to demote smoking as it costs tens of billions of dollars to the Govn't funded health care system.

It's a very big burden on the economy. Why should others have to pay for your misdeeds?

Nicotine addiction is the main reason most people can't stop quitting. If the threat of lung cancer, one of the worst ways to die, can't prevent a person smoking, i doubt anything can. i have seen many friends struggle unsuccessfully against nicotine addiction. Really makes me feel proud that I never picked up the habit of smoking.

Besides, in the subcontinent, most people smoke local bidis or equivalent, not filter cigarettes. Those who smoke filter cigs but feel offended by the pig's blood will just cut the filter off and smoke!

Best way to make people quit smoking: Ban cigarettes. Will save a lot of lives!

Lol like my parents friends that wouldnt buy prawns but always expected to be served them when they visited so they could pretend it would be rude not to eat what was offered.

I don’t think it’s true otherwise I smoke a lot of cigarettes, I should have taste that. I will say there could be a misunderstanding because it this is true then I will quit smoking Marlboro cigarettes.
