Afghans want to earn money by providing Pakistan & Iran water from the rivers flowing in from Central Asia via Afghanistan to Iran & Pakistan.

India is active building many dams in Afganistan, Only Kabul river flows into Pakistan from Afghanistan, but further norh chitral river is flowing into Afghanistan, which later becomes Kabul river further south, if Afghanistan build dam on Kabul river, Pakistan can turn the direction of river Swat further north so it dosent enter into Afghanistan. Infact this will hurt Afghanistan more.

While Iran will be seriously affected by this new afghan strategy/policy.

India is already VERY active building several dams in Afghanistan, also this idea of selling water is indian. Pakistan should have built dams and water reservoirs all over Pakistan, but this is not so important for the pakistani nation, instead building metro bus and orange train is more important , thanks to Pakistans traitor politicians.

India is voilating the indus water treaty from 1960 with building dams on all river. According to the treaty Indus, Jehlum and Chenab were given to Pakistan, while Sutlej, Ravi and Beas were given to India. But despite Indus water treaty India have built dams on all pakistani rivers.

So Pakistan have one more argument to go to war against India, as its not option to sit quite and watch.

I'm gonna play the devil's advocate here: People keep bringing up metro an orange, like they're completely a waste of money. You tend to forget that Pakistan's transport infrastructure is terribly outdated, and with millions leaving rural areas to come to urban centers, practically every year, Pakistan needs these lines to facilitate the flow of people far more smoothly.

The thing is, Pakistanis shouldn't be prioritizing one over the other, when both have separate budgets. Both are important, and one shouldn't be penalized, because the other project was a failure.

Yes i have already checked it Pakistani river from Swat areas flows into Afghanistan , before it turns back into Pakistani area , and its on this water Afghans are planning to take payment from Pakistan, before they do that i think goverment of Pakistan will turn the direction of the river som it keep flowing in pakistani terrotory all the way to Kalabagh .

By the way, Iran will be affected by this new policy of Afghanistan.

Indus water treaty clearly states what India can build and what we cannt build,if India had done something illegal Pakistan would have won cases in ICJ,we didnot even stop or reduce the water flow even when Pakistan impossed wars on us.

If pakistan tries to divert the Kabul river we will divert the Indus towards the Ganga.

Before you divert Indus, war will break out.

According to Indus water treaty India go the 3 soutern rivers Sutlej, Beas and Ravi. In addition to that India is building dams on 3 northern "pakistani rivers" of Indus, Jehlum and Chenab, not sure how the flow of water is in these rivers. I know that in rain season all rivers are full , when its floods in India. Sometime when India open the gates of the dams big portion of nortern Punjab of Pakistan is undeer water/flooded ....

ignorant people, 80% of flow from river Kabul comes from Pakistan swat river , we can simply divert the river than and ***k up there all ecosystem...
