I choose to still stick by that statement that unless and until it is directly against the tenants of Islam as mentioned in the Quran. For example you may choose to say we should opt for Nuclear Energy and some may say we should go for renewable energy. Will that make you a nuclear sect vs the other party's renewable sect?

If you know me I have always been saying Quran first and foremost, everything falls below and anything that contradicts Quran is not Islam, be it an authentic tradition.

Okay let me ask you what do you think, in China was there or is there any room for disagreement? I agree that disagreement in any matter that is related to public welfare would bring more suggestions and may be more better solutions.

Chinese system is also more or less based on amruhum shura baynahum. Policy matters are internally discussed and debated upon but the ultimate authority is given to the person in charge. Once the decision is made, disagreements are cast aside for the greater good of the country. This is practical communism at work with capitalist hints.

Chinese went through civil wars and foreign occupation and a national realization to put this system in place. With hardwork and sacrifices, anything can be achieved.

They are very much close to real Islam. You know the controversial Pakistani man G.A. Parwez wanted to meet Mao Zedong, but he was never permitted by the Pakistani government of that time. That meeting would have been interesting.

Islam has no particular or better phrased Islam do not particularly endorses one form of government over the other.

Chairman Mao had great respect for Pakistan and Pakistanis and his protege as well which eventually led to cementing deep ties between the countries.

I have little knowledge of who Mr. Parwez was but I strongly dislike the name Parvez so i am sure i wont be reading him anytime soon.

I simply do not like the name Pevez and it is a personal bias that i have with the name not with the persons carrying that name. I do not even meet my relatives who have this name.

The beauty of Islam is the fact that it can be a guidance no matter if one prefers communism, socialism to capitalism. Islam just puts the necessary cap on them so that they do not become fascist ideologies hell bent on destroying the fabric of natures balance.
