Pak and Chinese people working together for betterment of both country people`s life . Frankly i dont care if this all project is done by Labour/Convicts /prisoner in the end it is being done by people .

Indeed, far better than those who call themselves Gods of the earth and are arrogant. There is a reason that every Pakistani respects China and China for Pakistan. I have my personal experience being friend with few Chinese Engineers working at a Sea Port here in Pakistan.

If forced chinese labour is being used then its utterly shameful . China is a dictatorship but Pakistan is a democracy. Ends do not justify the means.
Put yourself in the shoes of the slave labour being forced to work countless hours and then answer.

Reading too much Cyril is not going to help a lot though he is on a Jurno Agenda but not true always. In these times, this is not possible otherwise, I know, from NYT to Hindustan Times, everyone would have been bragging day & night for use of such labour by China.

Commendable - I didn't see the full video but they are definitely more humble than the Western expats who work in India. A few years ago I had a bar fight with a French engineer who was working for Mahindra-Renault. They have a sense of entitlement as if they are doing the country a favor. Good to see the Chinese being so humble.

It is common practice to send prisoners and convicts to hard labor as redemption and also to turn them into useful citizen by putting them back in workforce.

I have lived in the U.S and Europe - and they seem to get this sense of entitlement only when they are in some "developing" countries - also a trait I see more in Europeans more than in Americans. Americans are as ignorant and clueless whether they were in Scandinavia or in sub-saharan Africa but there is no malice. I find the Europeans tend to get malicious
