Indonesia learn a lot when dealing with Chinese worker issues, in here we (gov officers and Chinese embassy side) regularly made sweeping on joint Indonesia China project, to handle complain from both locals and Chinese company complaint, so far we find those solution worked well

The problem with Chinese people is sometimes they lack filters and lack proper etiquette.

Not everyone of course, especially those raised in the west.

Often times, those folks are super polite and pleasant.
