That strategy called "Stomp the grass to scare the snake".

Do something unaimed, but spectacular ("hitting the grass") to provoke a response of the enemy ("startle the snake"), thereby giving away his plans or position, or just taunt him.

Like i said before, mammohan singh begged singapore to train at india cos india doesnt have F-16 and would like to know how F-16 work.

The F-16 will be used to fly back to singapore in case of pre emptive strike by singapore's enemies
