In reply to a question, the Minister said the attempt by the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) to raze the wall was prevented by the Indian army.

"In July, a PLA patrol attempted to cross a 200 feet wall of loose stones constructed 250 metres on our side of the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Yangtse area of Tawang, which was prevented by our troops," Antony said.

The stone wall was partially damaged by the PLA patrol, but it has been reconstructed, he said. :victory

LAC and LOC are not International borders so its illegal to construct wall there.
The Indian minister told about the wall damage but did mention the illegal structure constructed by his forces.

I'm not gonna argue with you on Indo Pak wars here because it's not the right place.You can believe anything that suits you better-like 48,65,71,84,99 every damn war was stalemate,I've got no problem with that.But PLEASE when you have got spare times,read the book authored by none other than Rtd. Major Jeneral Agha Humayun Amin of Pakistan Army and then we may have a conversation w.r.t indo-pak wars.

i would say that we are always underprepared for war,like 62,65,99 was a surprise we didnt anticipate it or have any intel on it,we were the defending side most of the time
