Since we have met many Indian on this forum badmouthing North Korea, as if they is standing on higher ground, I always wonder when India can reach this level of civilization of current North Korea.

Have to say North Korean cities are much cleaner , modern and organized than Indian cities.

While i get your post, this is not exactly fair. North Korea is a highly structured society with low population. Not exactly fair to compare it to slums which exists in almost all democracies around the world (i.e. like all of Latin america)
