Looks like Chinese claims of greatness falls flat in their face....haha......Thanks for this post I have copied it and will post it in numerous forums.....time to expose the Chinese Americans..

there is a loophole in the law that allows welfare to seniors even with the documents you stated.

if what was done was illegal, then prosecute. if it what was done was not illegal, then lobby congress to close the loophole.

and i don't pretend to speak for all chinese americans.

do you understand the meaning of loophole vs enforcement? the fact that they sign legal documents at the time of request to bring their parents in on a resident status which says they can financially afford hosting the family- vs. the fact that INS does not have a method to check on continued legality of that contractual promise for everyone - does not make it it a loophole in the law. It makes it a enforcement issue!

go ask any immigration lawyer if it is loophole or illegal act that can get them deported.

Better yet ask those " your so called loophole claim" using Chinese to claim it to the INS and watch if they don't get arrested shortly...

what you don't get , I understand it as your lack of comprehension in this regard - is that the parents entry is granted on basis of them not being financial burden to the govt! - else they would not be allowed period! lying on a US document is a felony..

Yes, I have a FBI profile of Sanjay of Atlanta and this obsession theory fits. He belongs to the socio-economically challenged strata of American society. I can assure you most Americans belonging to the middle class or above couldn't give a care in the world about welfare recipients. Illegal alien's use of the welfare system they are passionate about because of racist views towards Mexicans.

It is after all our tax dollars and perhaps it does not concern you Chinese's because you guys are tax and welfare cheats!

here is another bit of information for you wanna be American - right now in the budget they fighting to further limit welfare funds and infact removed the welfare funds greatly for the district of Columbia which comes under the congressional jurisdiction.

Time and time again we show you to be fraud and lowly wage earner in our great country!

Congress passes hundreds of bills each year. This one gets no press. Nobody cares. That you begrudge welfare payments tells me you don't make a heck of a lot in the US.
