Indeed. US is not stealing from Africa. It never has. China does, although US investment in Africa is overwhelmingly in the raw materials but China's investment is in manufacturing.

If the west created the AIDS virus then why are so many western companies/pharmaceuticals/research institutions working so tirelessly for an AIDS cure? That seems contradictory. It is possible the west decided to not help black countries combat AIDS effectively, but to talk about creating the virus, i'm not sure. Or if the west did then it was likely an unintentional mistake. Lifestyle habits+poor medical response most likely caused the spread of AIDs in black countries.

Yes they are. In the US billions of $ are spent each year on finding a cure for it. No one in the world has found a real cure for it yet though

Wherever there is "business", there is important value, so even that just confirms there is serious interest/value in finding a cure.

I think after China completed the industrial Pyramid, Will begin to reduce these pharmaceutical companies. Like some western industrial enterprises are now being defeated., Make everything cheap.

No need to make everything cheap. Sometimes when it's cheap it means inferior quality. I'm sure if you have a cure for cancer you can charge a good fee. You charge westerners an arm and leg and make it affordable for Chinese.
