I think you vietnamese are making foolish judgement and decision to go with japan and us. History has proven and will be proven again.

About this one, we aren't going with anybody. We keep a tight check with all our friends/enemies and don't outright militarily support or attack anyone, that's the smartest move.
That's why we are able to profit from China, Japan, US and Russia, despite their rival relationships.

That's just a statement.
If China govt really believes that, Okinawa wouldn't even be painted in japanese color or would be marked with "occupied by japanese".

You have to separate the hype statement from actual existing position.

China may well not recognize that okinawa is japanese, china is questioning the legality of the deal made by us and japan in 1970s to handle it to japan. China may well support okinawa independence as the people there wish and if japan want to continue irritate china in the intervening of taiwan matter. Okinawa is closely related to china historically, many of their ancestors have chinese roots, they dont think okinawa is japanese.

Bottom line, the Chinese people support a loser military -- Russia.

Chinese don't particularly support one or the other. Both Ukraine and Russia are honestly vassals of China. Their economies completely depend on China for survival. It is to China's benefit to make it a forever war. A forever war weakens both Ukraine and Russia, making them more dependent on China for survival.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't actually reflect on China's map and actual government text , which is stronger than a vague statement.

I think Chinese are worried if Americans take Russia then China will be next.

US has promised eastern Russia to China.
