it was Chat wala.. President Mamnoon. he was constantly apologising Nawaz Sherif due to the protocol awarded to him because of his position. although he is a no body and used to bring chaat to nawaz during his prison days and was awarded presidency for being compliant and harmless with low self esteeme.
@Waffen SS is correct. both PM and president were disinterested, bored, harassed and PM was peed off as well
