Well,I would have to agree with Indians here(rare and strange as it is),China isn't included in south Asia and it makes very little sense for China to seek to be a part of a regional grouping of south asian nations.It is quite like turkey wanting to be a part of EU,even stranger than that,tbh.An observer status is far more befitting.
SAARC is a useless tea-biscuit brainfart of India just like NAM anyway.

Either allow china to be a full member to make SAARC relevant or just dump SAARC as a waste of time tea party club. I think the later is best, its just a usless piece of crap, an does nothing at all to improve the lives of the members citizens.

SAARC with China is difference, with Chinese propose silk road, we can improve trade and the living standard of SA people including Chineses.
