well, not a problem. since this year a new law allows foreigners to buy properties. the city of da-nang is nice, small but beautiful, well developed, nice weather and beach. I can understand, if any, why some chinese want to buy properties there. though, there is a restriction: only vietnamese can buy land.

Nice city landscape. Born as a northner, I have always been long for southern cities' everything, the smell of the air---smooth and sweet, just a few glimpses of these photos makes me relaxed! LOL!! Many cities from south China like Xiamen and Shenzhen are better than this one, haha.
