Chinese Huawei Executive Is Charged With Espionage in Poland

to be fair, there should be quite a lot......but would the Chinese able to catch them and that is another issue.
Catching them is ok... Catching them "only" now is another thing.
It's like the Canadians... With the luck of the Century... all them caught just after Daddy girl arrest...

It's like "Hey criminals feel free to visit China... And Harm/Cheat/Rob/Kill... Till we need you in jail..."

.
We should arm some Syrian immigrants in Warsaw with nuclear backpacks. Poland cannot control its borders anymore as part of the EU.

That is actually what the poles want, poles love the 'islamic terrorism', it makes them feel important. What the poles don't want is 2 million peaceful Muslims in Poland, they can't handle Semites or brown or Asian people.

Racism is institutionalized as normal in Polish society.

Just send them blacks.

I am not the only one who feels very unwanted around Poles for myself being white, blacks experience it, browns experience it:

They (Poles) are racist and filthy. I am black and worked with them they don't like other group of people except their own and those of you who feel sorry for them should think. They are naaaaaaaaaaaasty twats.
Just think of a land where it is all kkk meetings and you found Poland on the map.

.
polish love to suck american balls. they depend on usa for their security against Russian

Huawei just threw that spy under the bus.

So this is how it works.

Espionage is Kosher only if it is CISCO, Dell, HP, Facebook, Intel, Microsoft and co. doing it.

If you are a non-American or non-allied company, it is a crime, :-)

Yeah its a crime to the point that his own company fired him.

And you know what US Company do and what Huawei do?

There are "data farming" and they are "data espionage" The "Data' is not the question here, but rather, how to use those data was. Everyone is using Window have to agree to its licensing agreement, which mean Microsoft have the right to collect your user data, however, how to use those data is different according to different company. And now, you are telling me, you know both how China and US collect the user data?

You cannot assume it is hostile when US is collecting the data, and it was innocent for the Chinese to collect the data by a simply fact of, you don't know.

Americans have the largest espionage network around the world. And USA uses her commercial companies for all purposes, from industrial to government espionage.

This is a fact.

And US and her allies including UK, Australia should be the last ones to lectures others about it.

We know that their hypocrisy is limitless.

Who doesnt still remember the golden words of an American secretary of state: "You just don’t in the 21st century behave in 19th century fashion by invading another country on completely trumped up pretext"., they make themselves a laughing stock

You missed my point COMPLETELY. Mostly I think you have NO IDEA how espionage works.

Collecting Data itself is NOT an action of espionage, EVERYONE COLLECT YOUR INFOMRATION. When you uses google, Microsoft or any IT or communication product (Such as Mobile Phone, Internet Network). You are require to sign a service agreement BEFORE you can use said service. And in said service agreement, it detail how and/or what kind of information they are collected and how they are used. If you don't agree to that, you don't need to use them.

So, what if company like Apple, Microsoft collect your information and send it to the government? Are they allowed? To a degree, yes, under the service agreement you and said company signed. And The government will use them as overt information gathering.

However, when said information is passed on to a third party, that is when this process become an "Espionage" notice that Allies is NOT a third party, because if information is being shared between Allies, that is not an act of espionage, it only an act of espionage when the information obtained illegally.

Now, Poland is part of EU and part of NATO, which mean Poland is an allies of the United States, not an allies of China, I don't suppose Polish Government will willingly handed the information they have collected overtly to China, they will do that to the US. Which mean if China have these information, they come from an act of espionage. Now, if this is not Poland, but Pakistan, there are a better chance Pakistani government will handover the information they collected overtly on the local population to the Chinese, and in this case, that will not be an espionage.

Everybody spy on everybody, so what? It's how this world acts, you can pretend you don't do that in Pakistan or China, but that doesn't mean they actually don't. It's an accepted practice to spy on the people of its own government, it's accepted to share said intelligence within one's allies. But what it is not accepted is that you try to pry information out of non-allies, that is what we call, an act of espionage.

So it come back to the same question I ask on Post 1. Would Pakistan arrest a Chinese Spy if the Pakistani Government found out he/she is spying for the Chinese government?

.
Chinese are great people and make cheap products which have equal capability as compared to u.s overpriced products they are threat to capitalists in u.s who are exploiting people through high prices of their products and are reason of poverty in this world china is playing good role in removing poverty from world and raising living standards of people as there products are easily available to low budget people

It is so funny, how you make it sound so harmless by telling that the US companies pass on the sensitive information to the Government "to some degree" ( which could be used for all sort of purposes from blackmailing to stealing industrial or secret governmental designs). Whistle blowers have already shown to which degree the US multinational breach the contractual terms by sharing all sorts of sensitive information with Homeland security and co.

Your point that allies sharing information willingly or "unwillingly" with each other is completely invalid in the context of this discussion.

Here I am trying to show that US is doing exactly the same (only million times more), which she is accusing others of doing.

And you are diverting this towards allies doing it to allies and so. China, Russia, Pakistan or any other "non-allied" country do not go around the world riding high horse and lecturing others about everything from Human rights, espionage and so on. This is the MAIN DIFFERENCE here.

This hypocrisy of US and allies is mind boggling!

Well, the hypocrisy is there only IF IT WAS THE US who cry foul, but it isn't, isn't it? It's the Pole

As I said, you don't know anything about espionage, and you still haven't answer my question. What if it was China spying on Pakistan? Would Pakistan arrest the Chinese spy?

You want to set America as the big bad bully, fine, that's your call, but that does not mean you are right about these stuff. And if ranting is your purpose here, I will stop answering your post as I don't do personal ranting. (What have human right have to do with this anyway)

By repeating this very irrelevant question over and over again you are showing that your sole purpose is to derail and divert the topic. If you want to know how allied countries treat each other in every aspect (including potential violations of law by a citizen of one allied country in the other), open a separate thread.

Whatever name you give to US espionage (data collection or whatever) at the end of the day, US is doing it at a mega level.

And why I brought human rights, democracy, freedom of expression, invading other countries into it? Just to to point out the very long history of american hypocrisy.

If you don't want to see this hypocrisy, fine with me. And I have no interest in useless discussions.

The reason you want to bring human right here is because you wanted to rant. Nothing more.

It's not and hypocrisy when literally EVERYONE is doing it. And by conveniently ignore my question regarding Chinese spy, you basically ignore that simple fact, thus, what you are doing, is a full on rant mode.

Couple with the fact that you seems to know nothing about how espionage work, I don't see any point to continue indulge in your obsessed ranting.
