They have multiple platforms for AEW. Looking at the picture, this looks like a Y-8 based carrier born AEW system using dual mounted fixed AESA's, the cgi also tells me that they are using the tech they sold to Pakistan (KE AEW platform). May be a miniaturized version for the Y-8 platform.
