Yes...But no one forced those people to buy contaminated milk. It is their fault they did not performed the necessary chemical analyses. It is their fault they were too trustworthy. So what this mean is that Chinese products should not be considered trustworthy until all verification methods have been performed. Or do not buy from China at all.
