What's new

Chinese engineers, local police trade punches in Khanewal after an argument

I think those involved should be deported.

Rules are rules.

They should have been shot in the head. straight.. you don't fight with law enforcement and get deported in rest of the world.

Police must be tolerating them bcoz of good reputation of China in Pakistan..

.
:D

The funny thing is that the chinese will never DARE do that to their own police.

Those chinese guys were actually beating up pakistani guys and pulling their hair :woot:

That too in pakistan. Its unbelievable. You can hear the pakistani guys shout, make a video ..... make a video. The chinese guys then try to stop them from making a video.

I suspect the chinese govt. will force down these videos from the internet.

Not true. Chinese citizens don't hesitate to beat or slap their policemen. Such cases are abundant in China.

This is certainly a surprise to me.

Are these normal citizens or Members of the communist party who beat up policeman ? I suspect they would be members or relatives of members of the communist party.

In India if you beat up a cop then some real bad $hit would happen to you. Unless of course you are related to some top politicians in power.

Either they are drunk or they have powerful family background, either through money or through political connections. It is still a long way for China to fully embrace the rule of law. When Chinese communist party took over the country, they didn't trust the police system much since those were of the old regime. Instead, the party trusted the army much more. As the result, policemen don't get much deserved respect and are lightly armed.

Interesting, but it make sense.

But abusive violence seems to be a very typical chinese response.

This is a video of a chinese women beating up a pakistani shopkeeper in Peshawar. This kind of thing would be unheard of in India and I suspect in pakistan too (for all its flaws).

Without the rule of law, people naturally fight for the their own interests in any way possible, like jungle dwellers. But such a violence isn't very typical Chinese since Chinese who have resided in countries with rule of laws for a while, become much more law-abiding residents. It is the social environment that rewards such a violence that is toxic.

That is not necessarily true.

That violence in India I posted was not to protect any special interest, it was to protect a dumb animal who was being abused (a cow). It was not an expression of hate, it was an expression of angry at injustice.

This is a video of a ethnic chinese singaporean attacking an Indian in singapore just because he was talking on the phone while the other man was "resting" in the train. This is not civilized behaviour, its down right uncultured. You can see how that Indian reacts, trying to stay his ground without actually attacking back that weirdo.

Its not law that governs civilized people, its our civilizational values. THat is why you do not find too many Indians in US jails. Just an example.

This is a ethnic chinese guy in singapore harassing a foreigner.

China should call back all the personel working in pakistan, to end their miserable life of prison-like there. Nobody wants to go to work in that country, all forced by our stupid government with incentive of pay hike and promotion. Their behavior is irrational, but understandable, they reached their breaking point.

Hope this incident evolve into big event, so people will think again before going to a country like pakistan.

WOW ....... just wow.

I can't believe you are actually supporting the chinese beating up your own citizens.

You really have no shame or self respect.

Also, that video is a video of an American victim who called for help but instead treated as miscreant by the police.

I am so happy that the Chinese Govt doesn't listen to stupid people like you
otherwise they would be dumping all of their major projects

Chinese were thinking from their balls . These men were sneaking to a local brothel and got stopped. That's what caused this testosterone filled rage by the Chinese.
