I think china public health care though cheap is not enough. It is overcrowded and not so great. But private healthcare is excellent.

US has the best doctors and equipments on the earth, people in US pay the most expensive health insurance, but US has almost the same life expectancy as China.

I repeat you shall think about issues like importing vaccines from China or from America or someone else right now. Make a comprehensive study or complete evaluation to make best choice. The British oxford vaccines are being manufactured in India in the millions by serum institute of India.
Contract was signed 5 months back, even before trials were completed. The serum institute has no permission to vaccinate in India by the government yet . This is the covishield. Effectiveness is 70 to 90 %.
