Today's commercial, theme park in Guangzhou( apparently they wanna attract Wuhanese to spend weekends there, easily reachable by 60 bullet trains per day)

After a gathering I will be back to the city tonight. I couldn't think about this sort of lifestyle before the intercity HSR network of Wuhan city agglomeration was launched

HSR does change our lives .
I envy you guys . There are so many HSR trains by way of your city
I once went to WUXI . I flight to ShangHai first coz not so many flight to WX.
Then I checked the schdule of HSR to WX . GOD , every 10 mins ,I even do not need to pre-order the ticket .
The HSR in the south likes public bus or subway .

And now I am proud of Wuhan.
Just arrived at old Hankou Station of Wuhan.
So many passengers on and off.
My ticket is standing ticket! Luckily, only two hours and I found a seat in the dining compartment.

Yep, Shanghai-Suzhou-Wuxi-Nanjing corridor is extremely busy, in rush hours every 3-5 minutes. But u need to pre-order one ticket at weekends, believe me! Once I was in Shanghai and thought I would manage to buy one, but it turned out all tickets including standing tickets for the following 5 trains were sold out and I had to wait one hour for a standing ticket!
Where are u from? I think China's HSR network is only 20% done. In Wuhan, we are planning a second or third parallel HSR and some new HSR stations, existing HSR lines are over-crowded.

Well, old railway station is not good too in China.
I think Modi administration is planning diamond quadrilateral HSR. As a railway fan, I am happy about any achievement of railway around the world.

Btw Siemens also wanted to take part in.The same Siemens who is in favour of Russian sanctions.The same Siemens which installed equipment in Russia had some suspicious malfunctioning not long ago.What a hypocrisy! Russia made a wise choice- Chinese companies are leaders in HSR.Better with China than western companies(which will sabotage the project without hesitation if order is given if choosen to take part).

For HSR, China is the natural choice. No body can beat China's accumulated expertise and track-record.

Besides, as you said, what would Russia support financially a government that takes hostile action against itself?
