What's new

China’s Xinjiang-a role model for Pakistan to develop Balochistan

It's in Chinese history book, the religious war lasted for hundreds of years before Mongolians defeated both Buddhists and Muslims.

Communist Chinese history books, Qing Chinese history books/manuscript/tablets or what??

Can I read the source to verify if what you're saying is the truth?? Because from what I have read (neutral sources), no such thing happened.

Btw, no wars last for "hundreds of years". Lmao

And there is no such thing as "religious wars". That just typical media bs. All wars have a basis in politics, many times geo-politics.

cough they're becoming neutral cough...

You should read the below to understand:

I know the chooran given to the Pakistani public is real but you must have the capability to look beyond what we have been fed. :enjoy:

Going back to the topic.....if you read the OP and the title of this thread, you'll see that China is pushing for the "Xinjiang role model for Pakistan to develop Balochistan".

Do you agree the Xinjiang role model (including the removal of ethnic culture and native religion?) should be done??

And did you hear that Chinese is going to be taught to Baluchi students (when even Baluchi isn't even taught to them)??

Do you understand the greater game being played?

Please don't come and tell us that we're "sinophobic". Even if we are, our phobia is based on facts. :enjoy:

Source?

Btw, talk about shooting yourself in the foot...

They barely support us on Kashmir and we're outright supporting them on Taiwan. I know the other 2 regions are sensitive for Pakistanis but why stop ourselves from establishing relations with Taiwan?

Our dear Sinophobe overseas Pakistani friend, this news is from yesterday:

“The question of Kashmir remains high on the Council’s agenda,” the spokesman said in a statement on Tuesday. “China pays close attention to the current situation, and China’s position on the Kashmir issue remains unchanged,” he added.

“The Kashmir issue,” the spokesman said, “is a dispute left from history, and should be properly and peacefully resolved based on the charter of the United Nations, Security Council resolutions and bilateral agreements. China opposes any unilateral actions that complicate the situation”.

Mongolian never accept Islam and it shows on recent statistic. I believe the same statistic is also true for inner Mongolian who is now part of China. Look only Turkic and Tatar who follow Islam in Central Asia. 3 % of Mongolian who accept Islam comes from Kazak tribe.

Religion in Mongolia has been traditionally dominated by the schools of Mongolian Buddhism and by Mongolian shamanism, the ethnic religion of the Mongols. Historically, through their Mongol Empire the Mongols were exposed to the influences of Christianity (Nestorianism and Catholicism) and Islam, although these religions never came to dominate. During the socialist period of the Mongolian People's Republic (1924-1992) all religions were suppressed, but with the transition to the parliamentary republic in the 1990s there has been a general revival of faiths.

According to the national census of 2010, 53% of the Mongolians identify as Buddhists, 38.6% as not religious, 3% as Muslims (predominantly of Kazakh ethnicity), 2.9% as followers of the Mongol shamanic tradition, 2.2% as Christians, and 0.4% as followers of other religions.[2][3] Other sources estimate that a significantly higher proportion of the population follows the Mongol ethnic religion (18.6%).[4]

Mongol tribes or the descendents of Mongols like the Golden Horde & Ilkhanate did accept Islam.

At least give me a source....judging from previous interactions with you on the forum....you're just pulling facts from your behind and posting them in this thread.

Though in the receiving end of Western media smear campaign, many Pakistanis have no problem using the very Western media's propaganda to smear China. For some reason, they think they are somehow racially "superior" to "Chink". I was shocked when I witnessed the outpour of their naked racism towards Chinese a few weeks ago. I won't look at the country and its people through the same prism anymore.
Pakistani don't use it. I am also listening this from you for the first time. What can we do if somebody is using a VPN or fake Id?

A proper question to ask is if whether a couple of online interactions on a public forum is (where it's easy to mask your true intentions & your country of origin & stay) enough to sway public opinion??

Why is one comment from a poster being used a basis for generalizing the whole population??

And no source is being provided for the above grievance, so how do we know it's even true?

Lmao....care to read the last paragraph.

You think the dispute is going to be solved through the UN, the UNSC or "bilateral agreements"??

China is just making sure to "appear" like a friend on the Kashmir issue. No where in the source you quoted does it say that it backs Pakistani position on the matter.

.

Our dear friend from the Indian vassal state of Bengal, please learn to read a comment/link before responding:

A spokesman for the Chinese mission to the UN has said Beijing’s position on Indian-occupied Kashmir remains unchanged as he rejected Indian media claims that China, during its presidency of the Security Council in March, had ignored Pakistan’s call for urgent consideration of the decades-old dispute at the 15-member body.

Too much state run media & private Pakistani news channels. :D

I highly respect Mr. M. Sarmad which is why I gave him a detailed explanation.

My friend, I haven't watched TV for years.. I, however, do read a lot.
As for your 'explanation', it is lacking the essential ingredients of such discussions.
Your youthful enthusiasm is deeply emotional... Decision-making has to be rational in its methods and purposes. In politics of reality, moral considerations are excluded in the conduct of international relations for the sake of geopolitical and strategic benefits. So, even if it is proven beyond reasonable doubt that the Chinese state runs concentration camps (western propaganda), it will not strain the Pak-China alliance.
