The biggest difference between Chinese and Indians is that Indian nationalism only exists in the mouth, while Chinese nationalism exists in action.
I have a friend who used to work in India for a long time. He told me that India is very dirty and ugly. Those Indians with higher incomes only like to stay at home or go to shopping malls, unlike Chinese people who like to go to public places such as parks. Because apart from homes and shopping malls, other parts of India are dirty and ugly.
An Indian will buy a car as soon as he makes money, because it will separate him from other dirty Indians. The streets are usually only four feet wide, and are full of messy electric poles, open drains, and saliva on the walls.
Indians will only be patriotic on twitter, and will only show their nationalism on twitter. But when India needs them to act for it, they will disappear. They will continue to spit recklessly on the streets, and then show nationalism on twitter.
And we Chinese love our country and nation with actions. Our streets are always clean and tidy, and we will always have a large number of volunteers cleaning.
We have 1.1 billion internet users, twice the number of Internet users in India. But we are far less crazy than Indian netizens on the Internet. We like practical action.
There are already great differences between China and India in the character and quality of their people. They are completely different.
