If china is dying for Project then it should do it with her own money,rather then giving loan to us,and then can use those facilities for x period of time say at max 10 years without paying us.

Clearly you are oblivious of the stages in CPEC and it is not just roads and power plants! Industrialization is the next phase.

CPEC is economic integration of China and Pakistan. But single focus on loans is not going to let you understand that.
